The enclosures should consist of:
- A summary Registration Form, the details of which will be held on our records if we progress with your application.
The registration form is available in both Microsoft Word (.DOC) and Adobe PDF formats:
Your own written application on no more than 2 sides of A4, with a minimum point size 10. This section will provide a full overview of your organisation and its current activities in addition to details of the project which requires funding.
Your application is more likely to be successful if we have a clear understanding of where we fit into your overall funding stratergy. For guidance, the following questions are examples of the kind of information we would like to receive:
- Who are you and what are your principle activities or employment?
- What work do you want to do with the grant funds and what do you hope to achieve?
- Why are you wanting to do this work and why now?
- Who will be involved in the project?
- How does the work fit in with the organisation's normal activities?
- Will the work create, or continue to provide, sustainable benefits?
- What other funding applications have been made for this project and with what success?
- How will the work be documented and evaluated?
Budget for the whole work (and relative to the whole organisation if applicable) and details for which part you require a grant.
Your last accounts and annual report (where applicable)
Any other relevant documents or leaflets you have produced relating to your organisation and your request for funding.
The above registration form requires Adobe Reader software. This can be downloaded for free on the Adobe Website (click here).
