We will assess your application on receipt. If your application is outside our guidelines or area of interest, our letter to you will confirm your application has been unsuccessful.

All other grant applications will be considered in more detail by the trustees at their regular meetings, the dates of which are posted on our website. Usually you will not hear from us until after the meeting although, the Trustees may request further information or clarification as necessary, prior to the meeting.

The minimum time required to deal with your application may be 3 months. If you just miss a deadline, it may be as much as 6 months before final approval is given so please allow for this timeframe when applying.

It must be stressed that any meeting arranged to learn more about your work does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded and all offers will be made in writing stating any conditions which may apply.

The offer letter will include an acceptance form for you to return with your bank account details, so that direct payment can be made as per the agreed terms and conditions.
