Young People Count provides a space for young people aged between 11 and 18 living in or around Pocklington where they offer support, advice and training and use drama to empower, inspire and connect communities.

Mums In Need supports mothers who are or have been subjected to domestic emotional abuse and violence. Mums In Need provides practical guidance and emotional support to mums who have left abusive partners by empowering them with skills and confidence to move forward with their lives.

Nest Helping the Homeless supports the homeless, those at risk of homelessness or without stable housing, and those who have recently transitioned from the streets in the Calderdale area through the provision of essential items such as rucksacks for rough sleepers, home starter packs and mobile phones.

The ROKT Foundation provides facilities for indoor climbing and other sports to improve physical health and fitness for those with additional needs.
The BRELMS Trust awarded a three year grant towards the core costs of employing two specialist climbing instructors trained in inclusive methods for those with disabilities or challenging behaviours.

Chocolate & Co supports social inclusion, breaking down barriers to employment for those socially and economically disadvantaged in our community due to addiction, homelessness and/or criminal law. Chocolate & Co provides training, volunteering, employment and mentoring opportunities through their cafe in York.

MASH provides support to veterans, reservists, those currently serving and their families.
The BRELMS Trust provided a one-off grant towards the Digital Empowerment project to upgrade their website to improve accessibility and support. It will work
alongside their Camo Café outreach project and the Beat the Winter Blues food provisions.

The Bradford Bulls Foundation uses rugby league as a catalyst to improve the lives of people living in Bradford engaging 10,000 people of all ages each year in projects in the areas of Sports and Physical Activity, Education and Employment, Health and Wellbeing, and Social Inclusion.
The BRELMS Trust awarded three-year funding towards Team Talk project which addresses health and social inequalities among older men (65+) in south Bradford, tackling challenges tied to deprivation. Through weekly two-hour sessions at Odsal Stadium, it helps 60 participants build social connections, improve mental health, and develop skills to manage cost-of-living pressures.

Gwennie’s Getaways is a charity based in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield that provides families that are living with or affected by Dementia with a respite break at one of their caravans based at Primrose Valley, Filey and Newton Hall, Blackpool. They also run a weekly Memory Café at The Waterhead in Slaithwaite.

InterActive is a Whitby-based charity supporting local children and young people with disabilities and additional needs through regular weekend and holiday activities. They also provide an inclusive pre-school play session.

Love Driffield Community Hub and Food Bank runs a food bank and provides emergency food, essential toiletries etc, to individuals and families in need. In addition, they give advice and signpost to partner agencies enabling clients to access uniform exchange, baby clothes, mother and toddler groups, welfare and
debt advice, etc.
The BRELMS Trust provided a three-year grant to cover the annual cost of the two debt counsellors.

The Wren Bakery is a Social Enterprise using baking and coffee as tools to give women who experience disadvantage, opportunities towards employment. The Wren Bakery works with women in Leeds who face multiple barriers everyday. Experiences such as poverty, gender based violence, criminal records and poor mental health prevent them from participating in the benefits that well-being and employment can bring.
The BRELMS Trust provided a three-year grant towards the support of women on the training and support programmes.

Aim Higher promotes social inclusion among young people with autism spectrum disorders and/or mental health issues.
The BRELMS Trust provided a three-year grant to improve neurodiverse awareness and support in schools by educating staff, children and parents in 34 primary schools in Hull and East Riding through parent coffee mornings, pupil assemblies, staff training sessions and newsletters.

Opera on Location is established to allow the advancement of the arts through the promotion & presentation of opera, & to advance the education of the general public through innovatively staged, affordable, high-quality opera in unconventional performance spaces sung in English by young performers in the early stages of their careers/professional singers requiring further stage experience.
The BRELMS Trust gave a one-off grant would support the community elements of OoL’s performance of Verdi’s A Masked Ball.

The Rainbow Project (Rotherham) based at Wath Town Hall provides individual and group support schemes for LGBTQ+
The BRELMS Trust provided a three-year grant to support the social integration of LGBTQ asylum seekers and refugees into the local LGBTQ community and the wider general community through opportunities for peer support, provision of nutritious meals, building social confidence, developing language and core life skills (including signposting for education).

Yorkshire and Humberside Maternity Stream helps asylum seeking and refugee women overcome the barriers they experience when accessing maternity services, understanding their choices and attending for care in a timely manner.
The BRELMS Trust awarded a three-year grant to support the Project Manager whose role includes organising regular meetings for women to share their stories and experiences around accessing maternity care; building sector contacts; delivering awareness raising sessions and speaking at events.
